Patient Attendance Procedure
to be read prior to attending
- Please do not attend the practice if you become symptomatic of COVID-19 (new continues cough, high temperature. loss/change in your smell or taste) you must notify as soon as possible.
- If you or any member of your household/family have had a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 10 days
- If you or any member of your household/family waiting for a COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result
- If you have travelled internationally in the last 10 days to a country that is on the gover4nment red list
- If you or any member of your household/family have been advised to isolate by any NHS organisation in the last 10 days
- All patients should wear a simple face covering when they attend.
- The patient must use the hand sanitiser when entering the building from the PPE station inside the front door.
- The patient should attend alone wherever possible or with one other person if absolutely necessary.
